Campground Rules & Policies

Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Reservation changes are subject to availability and may include rate differences. Holiday reservations are non-refundable.

Pets are welcome at RV sites — but not permitted in the tiny home. A $100 pet fee may apply (if applicable to your reservation). All pets must be leashed and supervised at all times, well-behaved, and cleaned up after immediately. Disruptive or aggressive pets, or aggressive breeds, will be asked to leave.

• Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Guests under 18 must be at their campsite or cabin during quiet hours unless accompanied by an adult.

Maximum 2 vehicles per site. Speed limit on all campground roads is 5 mph.

• Children (6–17): $5
• Children 5 and under: Free

Alcohol is permitted but must be kept in an unmarked container or koozie. Guests are expected to be respectful and avoid loud or disruptive behavior.

Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings. Do not leave fires unattended. Keep your site clean and trash-free. No illegal activity on the property.

Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property. Sparklers are allowed.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed in common areas, buildings, or within 20 feet of entrances. Smoking is not permitted inside the tiny home or on the cabin porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
